It's more then the muscles! It's about the physic! i mean if you keep a good body (wich is kinda doubtful cuz i think it'll be hard to have a good nutrition in a zombie apocalypse) you can run fast... lift heavy objects... and what not! also you hit harder with things xP or can barricate... wich ever works! so combine that with sabandijas method Troy would be unstoppable! Oh wait- other survivors...

Hey! if you're muscular enough and have a Kevlar suit then the other survivors are your lunch money!

Honestly though, if I'd be in a zombie apocalypse I think my biggest worry is the cold more than zombies! How am I supposed to survive -10oC without heating? Are people going to burn houses down just for heat? LOL

Hah! True! that's also things to consider... well if you have friends with you... maybe you could get warm with them too ^^
