Almost had a close call ruining my progress due to the recolor tool. Hope I didn't made the story so far too convoluted with this panel that it discourages further follow ups. I'm quite invested on where this story goes to next.

Thanks, @Sluggishfella. Yours and are pretty cute. Yes, those were steps. Originally I had different methods in mind as you said but it morphed into a recipe/instruction type thing. Would it be better if I went with the former?

Either is good. Making it different methods means we get to the ritual sooner. Having steps means we can have fun adventures where she murders someone or kidnaps to get a vessel. It's simply a different choice in story telling, but they are both perfect.

Well whatever the case, if this freestyle ritual succeeds we will have Plushie Jake for the foreseeable future.

Also the fact that she doesn't follow the instructions correctly fits the story in my opinion haha

@Sluggishfella sounds good! Take all the time you need my friend! I was thinking of adding consequences of her rushed ritual too! Here's a list I had in mind: Calia getting wounded, Calia being transported in the plushy and Jake taking Calia's body as a vessel, Jake's family members ruining the ritual as they learned what Calia is up to, happy reunion without a horrible side effect, Satan or evil spirits intruding, etc. Of course you're welcome to have different ideas and making something completely different. I was just feeling like sharing my thoughts at the moment and it's always fun to get surprised by possibilities I never knew were there.

What could go wrong I wonder... Maybe they come back to life but only remember negative events.

The only good that has come of this is that Jake's looks have improved.
