The U and N could have ripped off the front of R's face turning him into an F. Kind of an OMG that's horrible but still funny because R did say, "let's have some F-U-N.
I was thinking anything that deviated from them spelling RUN would be funny. They're so cheery and wholesome that spelling URN and giving that morbid twist makes this hilarious.
