Pretty sure its about 80 or 90 USD a month for them to keep this website up (it's a lot if you are paying out of your own pocket). I guess they really don't want ads, I'm honestly ok with ads as long its not obnoxious. imo
Here's my 2 cents: the game isn't changing or getting worse for those players who aren't a part of the strip club, simply improving for those that join. You're not losing anything, but those paying are getting extra features to incentivize them into helping the site. If keeping the site running means giving some players extra features, I see nothing wrong with it
people hate what they can't change and changes they don't understand nor control. I learn this while being on amino apps. feature must be added to improve the fun so the developer(s) can eat for another day. I would just expect things like photoshop levels of functionality would cost. if not FlockMod/ flockdraw has free layers but without the developer 1 on 1 interactions on social media ( my 2 cents )
Hey everyone, I'll chime in with my perspective here. First, I absolutely plan to add more features to Strip Club. For StripTogether to exist long term it has to be profitable, and so I will be building what I can to add value in hopes that I can convince some of you to sign up and show your support. This doesn't mean that the free game will be losing anything, I promise you all that I will never remove features just to put them behind a pay wall. Any features for Strip Club will be new. With that said, the free parts of StripTogether will continue to see improvement as well. (I'm currently working on letting you draw with Surface pens, as well as an improved mobile layout). To get StripTogether to where it is today has taken me thousands of hours over the course of years. I've grown this community with you because I'm passionate about what we're doing, but a developer can't eat on passion alone. I work on StripTogether on my evenings and weekends without pay, but it's my dream to support this project full time. Of course, I can't give the community that kind of support without support from all of you. So thank you so much to everyone who contributes, through both art and subscriptions. Sorry if I scared anyone with the direction of StripTogether. You all mean a lot to me and I would never take this for granted.
