i don't recommend going to that link since it could be an ip grabber or something inappropriate
yeah its an ip logger from an discord screenshot, probably could not create their own lol
But the real question is does making a panel like this break the rules?
i don't think there are any set rules, people just use common sense

nothing since jamdaddy and the moderators aren't active anymore
we just have to ignore the trolls for now :)
