I think maybe she just needed some time to think about if she wanted to tell you how she felt lol it's hard to get the courage to say it upfront when you like someone.
@Z.The.Comic My kind of advice sounds ridiculous, but believe me it works! Just imagine that what you're going to do will have no consequences, that she'll forget about it tomorrow. Whatever you do, it's this "confidence" that nothing bad can happen that will make it work. So, if you had infinite chances of living this scenario, what would be the first thing you'd do? Go and do that!
