Its Paneljam, even with clear instructions on how to continue everyone has their freedom to continue how they see best (except of course if its extremely disrespectfull). Im not sure if you fully understand the dynamics of this site, for you seem more than upset if the jam doesent continue how You wish. For example, no-one HAS to continue your panel with evolution, it could take a whole different direction with the next drawer.
