Late night drawing: The dialogue isn't too clear. I know what C.E. is up to but didn't write it out so well.
He's tinkering with a nanobot in order to release it into a higher class human so that it will make the human vulnerable.
Tried to make it short and sweet because I can get wordy but it didn't come out coherent to my idea.
