Speaking of colours, Purple doesnt exist on the visible spectrum, theres no purple color wavelength instead its a secondary color made by our brains by combining red and blue, basically filling in the blank spot between red and blue on the colour wheel
Hehe, and the reason you had to clarify what you meant with purple, is because most people confuse violet and purple. Mainly, because TV screens, monitors and mobile phones (et al) can't produce violet, as it's a color outside of the gamuts of RGB/CMYK color spaces - which means it's the least common color people get exposed to, so they just call "violet" purplish colors that they see on their screens). The irony is violet is the color we get most exposed to, as the sky is violet, but we see it blue...

But dont confuse purple with Violet , cause violet actually exists on the spectrum
